America has always been the country where there millions with barely enough to meet basic needs whilst there's those with far more than they will ever need. I think I said that to emphasize it's worse than before or every day is a newer low. It'd need billion invested in free mental health care, better education about substance abuse, better parenting teaching kids decent morals, better and more affordable housing, better cheap food for those on budgets and so on and so on. --- Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah...
