I thought it was great. First time in theaters since the pandemic started.

Had a weird thing happen... I bought a seat toward the back in the middle, J8. I went up to my seat and there were 2 people sitting in J7 and J8. They said they said there because they bought J16 and J17, but there were no seats labeled J16 and J17. Fortunately, they agreed to move to a different seat. One of them went and got their seats switched to the next row down.

I saw it yesterday. Thought it was great. Best movie I saw in theaters in a long time.

Was it as dumb as the first one?

One thing I really like about the A Quiet Place movies is that it seems to demand an even more intense level of silence from the audience.

Yeah, people are typically quiet in theaters, but... In some weird way, I feel like I want to be absolutely silent during the movie to help the characters avoid the monsters.

I agree. Theater was dead silent. Could hear a pen drop. Not many people in there though but still.
