I stopped buying from them awhile ago. I used to love their cheese sticks, but then they seemed to use less and less cheese and all that was left was... stick.

While that pan is pretty dirty, it probably could take only one day to build up that much burnt flour/cheese, if they're a pretty busy location.

That's just carbon build up. You should see how much carbon build up is on loaf and french bread pans in a bakery.
