This. You don't really ask upfront. Usually you are friends first, it somehow happens when hanging out alone, and then maybe you can discuss doing it again.

BUT, this can ruin friendships because someone usually gets feelings. Or alternatively, it actually turns into a relationship. So a risk.

Back in college I'd just invite girls i was friends with to hang out in my dorm room and we'd just kinda go at it. You can't just shyly ask "d-d-do you wanna m-m-maybe sex?". You just gotta be confident. You also don't just whip your wang out either.

That being said make sure it's consensual and if she says stop you fuckin stop. Then you get mad respect and maybe she'll be more comfortable with you later. Like the last dude said though, girls and guys can catch feelings good or bad so go in with the understanding that you might eithet marry this girl or never talk to her again.
