Doing it across all 3 games? Crap. Can I do a different entry for each recurring character? 2 Garrus is easily the best in the game, and would get an S+ tier all to himself.

ME2 Garrus and ME1 Wrex are forces to be reckoned with.

ME3 doesn't have any particular standouts though.

Miranda should definitely be higher. she has a passive party-wde damage boosting skill, and can take care of both shields and armor with Warp and Overload. there is no situation she doesn't have something to offer in.

I'm judging more based off of the character themselves. Miranda was cool but an asshole (I know that's the point).

Tbh EDI is more because I didn't really use or talk to her on my only playthrough of ME3. That could easily change now that I have Legendary Edition.

Legion was hurt by showing up at the very end of ME2 and not being a squadmate after that
