cant sneak up on em 360 vision.
sedatives only empties frenzy bar, it doesn't prevent further frenzy build up at all.
its purely a luck based "fight".

would easily be fixed if they made the sedatives prevent build up for 30 seconds or something. but no they have to dial in the artificial difficulty souls games are known for.

Yeah, they are cheap pains in the ass, even if you have decent Frenzy resist. You basically have to take sedatives every few seconds to prevent dying. The problem with those late game Frenzy enemies is that the more insight you have the less resistant you are to Frenzy as well, but having little to no insight is counterproductive because you need insight to see certain things, do and advance certain side quests and can miss out on extra lore without it.
