Nah, I went every week or every 3 days. Had my fade looking crispy, and cleanly tapered.

Now, my shit is past my neckline because I haven't been to my barber since Covid started here. (Also because he got his ass locked up).

I used to go like every month or two when my hair would get too shaggy. But since Covid happened I haven't gone in basically a year+ now and really can't wait for my area to start opening up again, because I could really use a haircut.

i didn't say "high end" did i? i said "higher end"

obviously standard regular short cuts for men aren't going to be that much anywhere you go, compared to actual styling, coloring, etc

i actually got the tools and tried, it's not worth it. i'm never going to have the right angles/maneuverability to do it on my own. not like it's that expensive anyway

That's how my best friend is. He gets a buzz cut every other week because otherwise he feels like it's too long. I called him a weirdo. I get a buzz cut every 1-2 months. I don't need it to be constantly short.
