I mean, now we have world leaders doing more offensive things on live TV. Family Guy and South Park air at hours where toddlers can easily see them.

Simpsons is actually considered a family show now. Outside of some dumb shock moments that modern Simpsons try to pull, it is pretty tame. Especially watching the older episodes, compared to today, most of that stuff could have aired on Disney today.
