he ignored at least one that followed each of those steps, and topics where said violations occurred were cited in the form itself, for reference and validation purposes. The only explanation that makes any sense in this context is that the leadership no-actioned the violations within that time window which should be grounds for Allen to step in. I appreciate your input here but you are standing on a very wobbly leg in this argument.
