I played the original Xbox and I had a 360 as a pre-teen to a teen but hardly got to play it. I still have some games even

But what I'm wonder is am I gonna need a series X to enjoy the new halo and whatever is the current one? Along with games pass games?

I have a switch and a ps5 already so this is pretty much gonna be for exclusives and gamepass stuff. Any multiplats are probably going on my ps5. (If I do get an Xbox)

Halo Infinite is crossgen and is gonna be on both Xbox One and Series consoles. I think it's better to get a Series console at this point though.

But yeah if you haven't really got into Halo, Gears of War, Forza Horizon or Bethesda games like Doom, Wolfenstein, Dishonored etc. then getting a console with Game Pass is pretty worth it.

For Game Pass, yeah. You would probably not even need to buy most games.

Alright, I might just pick up a series S then. Part of me wants to get a full series x and enjoy all the wonderful graphics, but that'll mke it my third console plus a laptop I can still do some decent gaming on. I'm hoping that if I go through with this it'll be worth it for more than the exclusives though

GamePass is meh, it's alright but isn't that special. I say this as someone who owns an xbone and gamepass. The library of games on gamepass change from time to time but it's only like 3 games at a time or 1 game here and there.

There's sales for gamepass members which are ok but it's usually the same shit.

About the only thing i really like is the gamepass quests which net you Microsoft rewards points.

I don't think uts good enough to play anything past ps4/Xbox one era honestly. It's around 2 years old now and was probably mediumish end back then or so.

Well, look at the specs on your laptop and compare them to the specs on the MCC's Steam page. No reason to buy a DRM box if it turns out your laptop can run them.
