My Vornado 560 Medium Whole Room Air Circulator Fan Review

Status: Decline

Purchased: Yes

This product was purchased from

Introduction:

Now there are a lot of air circulators. I am an old fashioned person and I love them. But being old fashioned, I always stuck with the cheap kind. This one that I purchased did not work for me and I was having a hard time seeing how it was going to work. If someone had given me a better sales pitch, I might have paid a little more money for it. Well my friend I will show you how it does work and how you should avoid the cheap crap.

Let me preface this by saying this is not a super professional demo. This is something I was able to do myself and very little if any help was offered. I was able to do this by myself and it worked fine. I will do this with any product I want to sell it for free.

I have seen a lot of people complain about their nice big thermometers only reading to 150. I didn't understand why, but when I saw how the circulator was basically a giant dumb air conditioner, I bought this for its versatility. If the product was only 100 watts, then what does 150 watts really do for me? I am still a big fan of the thermostat unit, but this unit gives me great flexibility to program it to my liking.

The insulators come off in the way you need them to, they are a little tough to cut. I ordered them on the wrong side. I went to the internet to see if someone had trouble cutting them and looked at a few articles but the right side seems to be the most hassle for a lot of people. I learned that some people bought the right side and put them on the wrong side but figured it was just me. I stuck the as you can see in the picture. I had to cut out all the plastic where they come out but it worked out fine. I just used my dremel with a nice blade to get all the plastic out. I just went through another package of insulation this morning. I should have ordered it with the left side already cut out! I should have been smarter and ordered the extra insulation on the left side.

I do not recommend this to anyone.
