Except for the fact , the evil serial killer/mob boss Jacques "The Albino" McGuilicutty killed the first born son of a whole slew of people, including her brother as part of his racket. Eventually the police arrested one of his henchmen, pinned the murders on him and knocked off for lunch. So the Albino vanished into hiding with a small fortune. As such a bunch of the survivors all made a blood pact that they would stay combat ready and hunt down the Albino. Your perfect girl was one of them. If any one of the blood brothers/sisters find a lead on where the Albino is, they all have to drop everything they're doing and go kill him. Years have passed and she has whatever the life your perfect girl would have going on, but an oath is still an oath and she intends to honor it.
