No, closest thing was a German international student at my college in one of my classes who brought up that he was from Germany at pretty much every possible opportunity.

One of them led a girl on and they "dated" but it was super obvious to literally everyone except her that he was just trying to fuck a lot before going home. He hurt her, I dunno if he gave he STDs or not but he he super took advantage of her. 5 or 6 years later there were exchange students from Germany again. In my brother's class. One of them gave a few girls STDs. I also heard that the same thing happened at a neighboring school. The other exchange students I know were great. The one visited from Germany a couple years later and we hung out. My brother actually went to Germany and his host family was awesome.
