'There are six teachers with no internet in their classroom and they need it to access the software to take roll call, the principal needs several key letters printed asap to send out to the PTA by the close of business and you have a computer classroom with 10 students who can't remember their passwords and they need to get into to take state exams. What do you do'?
Call principal and tell him to bring his laptop to your office then he can print there, inform the teachers to take the roll with pen and paper and you'll update the system afterwads so they don't have to spend time doing it and get a list of all names of the students and reset them to a standard password' ...
