It was a small construction company that didn't hire union laborers, so I think that's all you need to know about the quality of place. My boss was a moron, and I ended up doing all the server deploys/maintenance (he was the type to just call up vendors and have them do everything). From what I understand, he lasted about 4 months after I quit before fucking something up majorly and getting fired. I believe the company is contracted with an MSP now instead of having on site IT. Felt good about that, because on more than one occasion, I knew he tried to throw me under the bus to make himself look better for his fuckups, so as a last "fuck you", I invited him to get beers to reminisce at a bar I new was about a 45 minute drive from his house after I found out he got fired from an old work colleague.
