I don't own any stocks yet. But should someone even bother in 2021 or 2022 buying Apple, Microsoft or even Tesla? Most likely in another 20 years or so they all should go higher than what they are now right?

The overall market has been trending upward since its inception, unless these big companies go bankrupt which is highly unlikely because they are "big" companies you should 100% see a profit albeit small if you hold these stocks for years.

(I know it's a joke) but if you are interested in Berkshire the BRK.B stock will go up or down at basically the same ratio as the BRK.A one would.
