Interesting fact, I once bumped the back of a guy in a college town, guy called the cops... cop said it wasnt worth getting insurance involved. Guy still wasnt convinced, I went up to his car and rubbed the mark off his bumper with my finger. No dent underneath. He finally agreed, called me up after a week and said it would be $200 bucks. I called up where he got the car checked, they said they charged him $90. Called the guy I hit back up and he said the extra $100 was for all the trouble and hassle. I eventually said fuck it and gave him the $200, still way less than insurance handling it. --- ........the ghost in the machine...
