It was one of the designs put out by Vengeance University (which is Zacky V from Avenged Sevenfold's clothing line) and I recolored it and got it when they had to cancel their tour I was going to in Toronto. He's really been so kind to me over the years and I thought it was finally time to get something to represent that. Favorite place, well we live in the South of Scotland in a tiny mining town so I don't get to go too far exploring everything big is like 2 hours + away, but I like whever we make little trips, mostly go to Ayr, and then sometimes Glasgow and Edinburgh, have had fun at Strathclyde amusement park except that one ride that breaks your neck at the end. There's also a place near where we are that has a little creek and hills and that was always from to play on or go for a picnic there. Since my dad is from there he doesn't like to do too many touristy things/we did those when I was way younger. Cool, I went to Strathclyde Park / M&Ds a couple of times when I was younger. I did have some allergic reactions to other stuff since (hives and then a couple of throat tightening ones) and taken allergy medication until it died down and it didn't seem to help with my migraine. Nose hasn't really been stuffed either since I switched my pain meds and it's still here. It's really a weird one. luigi13579 posted... My mom is a major narcissist and I found out when I was about 19 she is an alcoholic. Like down a bottle of wine or two in an hour when no one else is drinking, steals my alcohol when she's out, drank my dad's memento of his dad because she's out and wants something, drink half a bottle of hard liquor when people leave her alone for like 2-3 hours, fall on the floor, smash her face, drunk driving, passed out naked in the bathroom on the toilet, refuses to get help, alcoholic. She's told me getting abused was my fault because, "I provoked him and pushed his buttons" and "I went back for more". She has ruined countless events, holidays, trips, and birthday not only with her drinking but her selfishness and mood swings. She is a nasty, negative person and will always find a way to get upset about something. There is not a day where she goes without making a scene about something. I have asked her to go to counseling with me to talk about our issues and she refuses. First excuse was she wasn't ready and second excuse is she wants to do counseling with her, myself, and my dad but first she wants to do counseling with my dad so he will "be on the same page as her" (read: she wants to be able to gang up on me so she is never in the wrong). My dad refuses to go with her because he knows that's why she is doing it and he flat out does not agree with her on a lot of things and he's not going to just say he does to placate her and he doesn't think it's fair or want to do that to me. I'm a lot happier just giving up on her and being no contact. That woman will never get help, she's too narcissistic and prideful to even think that she may be wrong or needs help. I'm not going to put work into a relationship where the other party won't put in the same work. She just wants to rug sweep and "start fresh", which I'm not okay with, too much has gone on for me not to address it. She goes around shit talking me to her family saying I'm being mean to her for no reason and has no idea what she's done to me, actually I have talked to her many times and she walks away, ignores, or tries to turn it on me. I don't even bother defending myself because I'm not going to out her to her family, because that will make me look bad too. So I'm just done with it for my own sanity, including being invited to my wedding or being around any grandchildren and I've told her this, makes no difference. Right now I'm trying Emgality, and my doctor for some reason checked off to give me the syringe instead of the auto-injector. From what I understand it's actually a legitimate migraine therapy outside of its cosmetic applications. Vaccines won't fix everything right away and I hope people get that and still wear mask even if they get one until it is down to an acceptable level. We had the people two doors over partying with people who don't live there Friday night, so annoying. Housing market is crazy here too. I want to make sure to put 20% down but all that in my range now is Condos. Even with 2 people and that 20% I'm not sure they would even approve a mortgage for us so we might have to figure out a plan B with one of our parents co-signing and us paying the mortgage which we shouldn't have a problem with. House in the suburbs, good neighborhood. Nothing too big, just what we need. Room for us, room for a child, an office space, and space for sewing. At least 2 bathroom (bathroom wars no more!). I'd love a walk in closet and two sinks in the en suite. Not a fan of modern or rustic style. Hard to describe my taste but styling choices will be up to me and home projects he will do. No baseboard or radiator heating, we want actual heating. Definitely A/C. 2 story, none of this basement bedroom crap but a finished basement would be awesome. Driveway for the car, no street parking or numbered spot. Decent sized yard in front and out back.
