first i got an old teacher who decided to work at a school KNOWN for using bleeding edge tech in its curriculum complaining to me that nothing works. shes calls me during her planning period in a complete PANIC because she was too lazy to figure out how to create a shareable link to something so she just pasted the link to HER doc, which doesn't let students look at it. shes losing her mind and im trying to ask her to click on things. what a mess.

then the principal comes at me sideways saying we need to help a dude get set up with his email, hes been on the payroll for 2 weeks and done no work. oh why doesn't he have an account? i checked the ticket. you didn't give your approval and didn't respond TWICE when we pushed you for it. so we closed the account. OOPS. but now we gotta drop everything and get him online cuz of you.

speaking of him, this dude is literally from the past.
"Here's your account and temp password."
"Password doesn't work. gimme a new one."
"Huh it works fine."
"Okay it works. but i can't get 2FA set up it says invalid"
"what its just a 6 digit code you just type it in. i can see you have it set up"
*fails 8 times in a row*
"What the hecking heck is this guy doing"

still. beats working with middle schoolers.
