JigsawTDC 04/19/21 6:22:42 PM #1:	For those unfamiliar I'd recommend watching Dominique Crenn's Chef Table episode. Her restaurant has a lot of prestigious recognition and is really pricey and if you're not into fine dining the whole thing probably can come across as pretentious and ostentatious, but the way she fuses poetry, nature, and food into this unique culinary experience combines a bunch of things I'm strongly interested in. Gonna take the woman I love to heighten the experience too (plus she went to culinary school and knows more about food than me, so she'll probably appreciate it more). The only problem is reservations are super exclusive. They open months in advance and fill up almost immediately. So for trying to get a July reservation I've got to quick draw at 11am on the first of May. So, PotD, I come to enlist your help. Of those, Gordon Ramsay Steak was better. I've heard great things about Bazaar Meats by Jose Andres and CUT by Wolfgang Puck. We shared some Mexican corn cakes that were delicious, and I had curry that was yummy.
