The community seems committed to making the sequel to Days Gone happen. Last week, a report by Jason Schreier on Bloomberg revealed that the exclusive had its second game canceled by PlayStation. With that, the players soon created a petition that already gathers more than 20 thousand signatures.

Last Friday (09), the petition had just over 50 signatures. Today (16), the community has shown what it has come to and in just seven days it has already achieved all that amount - the first goal to be reached being 25 thousand.

Has an online petition ever once actually worked to further a cause? Like at best there are government ones where they at least have to give an official reply to its contents.
