Well I finished Persona 5 royal a while ago and all I can say is fuck you Okumura!

And my first time on FF8 I also just plowed through it with GF spam. Just heal up you know who during the Adel fight after every GF attack lol.

im actually amazed that so many people had problem with Adel fight. i played that game in Japanese without actually knowing Japanese, and can figure it out on first try.

Aren't most people here saying they lacked the character-skills to fight the boss, rather than not understanding how it worked?

FF4 is the gold standard for puzzle bosses.

FFIV is my all time favorite game, its a masterpiece to me.

Adel was a roadblock for me as a 11 year old. Couldnt beat her no matter what I tried. Didnt actually beat her till I played the game again like 5 years later. Its one of those bosses that makes you actually use the functioning system, or die. I remember her meteor fucking my team up. Ofcourse I was probably like level 60(Enemies grow stronger as the party levels up, yet you stay weak unless you junction right) and weak as hell due to not understanding Junctioning or atleast not using it right.(not maxing spells, acquiring all stat junctions and distributing GFs right, distributing magic, etc.

Way too complicated for 11 year old me.
