One of my friends - who is a huge techie and lives in the boonies with shitty internet - is holding out on it. And by holding out, I mean he never leaves the house or works, and thinks his life won't get better until he has decent internet.

What is Starlink's performance in cloudy or stormy weather? Satellite internet has a bad reputation of not working well under these conditions.
