Itt tc doesnt know the difference between dialect and accent? Or is taking issue with people trying to phonetically replicate accent?

Written English is supposed to be imparted without regional flair in most professional situations. Then it just boils down to the level of vocabulary youre drawing from. A quick memo to office colleagues wont attempt to be as dense in its verbosity as an academic treatise.
