PS2 however did have the absolute best console design, especially the slim version. So small you could fit it into the pocket of Jnco Jeans. Meanwhile Sonys new version of slim is something the size of the PS2 fat. ... Copied to Clipboard!

All three of them were good, but the PS2 takes the cake just for the massive number of good exclusives. I'd put the GameCube just a little bit behind it if only because it has a surprising number of good exclusives despite its overall smaller library; the best of those are on par with the best of the PS2's. Once you disregard the top tier games that got ported to the PC, the Xbox is left with a surprising number of hidden gems and good niche games.

It only failed because Sony had proprietary hardware to allow them to play dvds in their machines, and were the only company at the time doing so, so Sega essentially got screwed. That said, while I love PS2, Dreamcast had far better games than it, considering the limited library it ran with. Ready 2 Rumble, Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 2, Marvel vs Capcom 2, the list goes on of just insanely good games. Hell, Soul Calibur wouldn't exist without Dreamcast. ... Copied to Clipboard!
