Removed no-excuse mail voting (somehow was never a problem until last year)

Expanded early voting in rural / red areas, did nothing for blue areas.

More restrictions on curing ballots.

Restrictions on how many, how often, and where you can have drop boxes for mail in ballots.

Those are the cliff notes. Essentially the biggest one is the no-excuse mail voting as that predominantly affects people who have to work all the time and can't necessarily afford the time off to go vote in person.

The constitution gives essentially unlimited power to the states to conduct elections. They don't technically even need to have one. "Governor decides" is constitutional. Not what they implemented but if they did it would be constitutional.
