on my back, right shoulder blade area. just the angels. i'm gonna get this regardless I'm just curious what some real ppl have to say about it. i love the album, sure. but i love this imagery even more, irrespective of the music

color though i would leave the angels' skin parts just outlined, so their faces would be my skin tone (olive)

I think it would look pretty good.

It would lose a bit without the paleness of their skin to contrast the already light color scheme, but I dont think you can really do white-ish in a tattoo.

Probably the best way to do it.

Are the going to try to replicate the shadows across the faces of the two on the left?

*With such light tones a lot of the impact (imo) is in the slight tones, and a lot of that would probably be hard to replicate is what I mean in general.

Don't go cheap, and do your research on your artist. You only get it right once, and that's a lot to cover up if they don't

That art is cool, and I think your idea for placement is going to among the best spots in terms of adapting it to the shape of your anatomy. I hope you know tho that the picture youre presenting here is very high level shit to adapt into a tattoo thats probably going to have you in the chair for dozens of hours and in order to preserve the detail in areas like the faces, hands, and things like the cigarettes and the cards which are part of the spirit of the original work youre trying to capture, this is going to have to be a huge piece. One thing I will say is to go into the initial consultation with an open mind toward the artists feedback, cuz theyre gonna know whether they can pull something like this off or not or if theyre gonna need to make some design adjustments to get it to work right.
