Some common names are specifically gendered, although some are non-binary. Having a gendered name at birth will reinforce negative gender stereotypes and restricts a child's expression of self-identity.

Honestly no as they are the ones that made said person they should get to name their creation, and if it has a problem with said name it can change it later.

I feel like the number of gender specific names far outnumber the gender neutral names. It would be dumb to severely limit the amount of names that are used for newborns for that reason alone.
