If you want them to setup a cubicle for you in the office they will. It looks like 90-95% of the department wants to work from home. I'd be interested in going into the office 1-2 times a week. But only if others were also in the office at the same time lol. Otherwise not having to commute is wooooonderful. Even with our lax WFH requirements we've been having trouble finding certain candidates. Our current rule is that you must live in our state.
