Theyre different beasts. Sonic 06 was a trainwreck mostly on its own. It had some excitement because it seemed to promise Sonic Adventure style gameplay, but the fact that it couldnt even manage the mediocrity of Heroes or Shadow is embarassing.
Kingdom Hearts 3 was a trainwreck primarily because the series had been prepping for and hyping up this final installment for 15 fucking years and it failed to live up to the hype in nearly every metric. If KH3 had been released 2 years after KH2 without any of the fluff in between, people still wouldnt like it as much as KH2, but it would have a much warmer reception than it enjoys now. ... As disappointed as I was it's not on that level. At least KH3 was kinda fun to play. Definitely the most fun combat since KH2
