No, but I was offered 10% of a recreational dispensary for $50k and 10 hours of on-site supervisor per week until profitable enough to hire 2 more full time supervisors. I turned it down. It was 2013, I didn't trust the feds to not intervene and I thought one of the partners was a huuuuuuuge idiot that would destroy anything he touched.

They were able to hire 2 full time supervisors 2 months after opening and a general manager like 4 months later. My 10% today would be putting almost $35k a year in my pocket now. About a year after opening the idiot sold his 30% I offered to buy 10% at $100k but by then it was going for like $180k or something.

$10 says there will be some legality where he won't be able to.
~For instance, we can sell wine and spirits, but not beer or like hard seltzers..etc.
...Though we can sell Cider and Vodka based drinks.
