I've never seen anything like that. The closest thing I can think of is one punch man, where he's so overpowered he finds everything boring, but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for either.

Definitely not a good example. Major spoilers, don't read if you haven't read worm.
Scion isn't even remotely human and doesn't relate to humans at all. He's a vast multi-dimensional alien and he's one of the entities responsible for super powers, stopping him from destroying the world is the end goal of worm.
