Those loaded questions are just testing whether youll put in the bare minimal effort to do what you know they want you to do.

They're usually pretty obvious and are mostly to weed out the trash applicants. As an example:
Mark told you "I don't feel like doing my task, hey new guy, do this for me" Do you: A) Punch Mark in the face B) Tell Mark to suck your D C) Politely decline and bring the issue up to your supervisor later D) Challenge Mark to a Yu-Gi-Oh duel --- Bosses are immune to the eat command so it won't be possible to end the final boss fight of the game by eating it. -VeghEsther ... HBO just put out a documentary on this (although it starts off as Myers Briggs personality types and evolves into questionnaires at work)
It was a fine show but I would have rather them get more into the accuracy of these types of tests as opposed to the direction they went with it.
