WazzupGenius00 03/01/21 3:56:40 PM #4:	According to FireRed and LeafGreen she participated in Pokemon Contests so she could have reappeared in that capacity, but nope, she's only in Viridian City in gens 1-4. Doesn't even appear in Let's Go. It's the reason everyone is there, so why talk about it? That's why all the random trainers and gym leaders are so easy - you're still in bootcamp.
