John Lovitz showed up a few times. First, he was some type of mental patient in a Cuckoo's Nest parody, and a few eps later, was a suicidal (would-be) jumper on the radio station's building. They weren't the same character, though, so it was weird seeing him interact with Bill again. Since he "signed" with the station at the ep's end, I wonder if that's how they'll show him more.

Is season one available for free on any streaming platform? I never had seen this and wanted to start from the beginning and not S3 on Roku.

I just watched S1 and S2 on Roku a few days ago, but maybe they expired when the month changed or something. Dunno about other services.

then when it ended the actress who played lisa also went over to ER

Whew, no-lifed all four seasons. Although it was a little shark-jumpy after awhile, it definitely seemed to kick in after Catherine left and some characters got semi-flanderized. That said, the what-if episode where everyone was on the Titanic was kinda enjoyable for some reason. Usually I hate those kinds of episodes; X-Files had a lot of 'em.

Was gonna link the intro for the Titanic episode since they redid it for an old-timey "artifacts salvaged from the wreck" sorta feel, but I can't find it anywhere. Pity.
