If the names and character designs were changed, absolutely no one would compare it to Zelda. It has so little to do with the rest of the series that it's practically just a brand new game with the Zelda name slapped on for brand recognition

the biggest omissions as far as classic Zelda games are concerned is the the lack of traditional dungeons and items like the Hookshot or Hammer
