What else can I watch that will have some similar vibes? I guess mostly the setting vibes, I really wanna watch more stuff set in an English village. I really love the look of the town they are in.

There was a movie a few years ago abt a zombie apocolypse and Simon pegg was in it and me and my ex watched it w Korean subtitles (don't ask why I don't wanna be modded) and I thought it was pretty good but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called.

Something abt the end of the world maybe?

Okay thanks guys. I think I'll check out Spaced next. Is it on any of the popular streaming services? I've already seen Shaun of the dead.

@Wii_Shaker i haven't seen ideal so thx for the rec!
i don't usually care for johnny vegas so i avoid his stuff
It has good characters. He plays a lowlife slob so the casting is perfect.

I can also recommend Red Dwarf if you haven't seen it yet. Great sci-fi comedy that has held up extremely well.

I just checked and Hulu only has a trailer for Spaced. .-.

Then I searched for Red Dwarf and they didn't have that, but Star Trek: The Next Generation was recommended so I said fuck it and put that on.

If it's the village setting you're into, then Saving Grace is a pretty good comedy. It's like a British version of Weeds, only it came first.

It's almost-kinda the parent film for the TV show Doc Martin - the Doc Martin character in the film got two one-off TV spin-offs, and then the TV series is based off of those, but with just enough changes that it's not quite the same series (Martin Clunes is playing a Doctor whose first name is Martin like in the film/official spin-offs, and he has the same sort of temprament, and the setting is similar, but there's a different surname so don't sue, haha)
