At Vidyadharparum in Vijayawada a puppy got stuck between walls. Sindhura, a 30-year-old woman, saved the puppy with the help of fire personnel. This is reported from The New Indian Express.

A member of a WhatsApp group of nearly 250 animal lovers from Vijayawada and nearby places shared the news of the pup getting accidentally stuck between the walls of two houses. We visited the address and called the fire officials since we understood that one of the walls needed to be broken, she said.

Sindhura works as an Animal Caretaker in a group. The group was formed to rescue animals by friends, 2 years ago. They saved more than 1000 animals in Vijayawada and places nearby. They fed 500 stray dogs on weekdays and 1500 on weekends during the lockdown by various donations made.

Sindhura, Ravikeerthy (30), and Manikanta (26) have initially started the group, which grew into a family of 150 animal lovers in the last 10 months. Two members work full-time as rescuers, and two more work part-time. The rest are volunteers and help us whenever they can, she added.

The puppy is one of the many lives this organization has saved since coming into effect.

Animal Caretakers main focus is to rescue animals in distress. Monthly they involve in rescuing 50-60 such cases. These individuals also respond to cases of animal cruelty and help in the adoption of strays.

Sindhura saved the puppy and she is an instrument in saving many lives of these innocent animals.

This news article was written so vaguely that I feel like there's something else going on here. Also, I don't think she didn't do something that any sane human wouldn't do if they noticed a puppy stuck between walls. And that picture isn't of a puppy.
