I dont think its a big deal, as he was just being honest about the fear he feels. Hes not in love with fighting, like how Masvidal loves hitting people or Cerrone admitting he would fight for free. GSP likes the discipline of martial arts, the competition and increasing his legacy. Hes mentioned before that if the fight is big enough and he thinks he can win, then he will fight.
