She insists on using an expensive Mac despite not knowing anything about MacOS. A game on Steam refuses to launch and she has no idea how to get to the Steam folder. She has no idea how to use the Finder which is the most simple, fundamental part of the computer. I then find out she's had the computer for a long-ass time and hasn't ever updated MacOS, which is free, and about as simple as updating your phone. She refuses to do that because she's lazy and it takes too long.
