Soul of Cinder, Dragonslayer Armour, and Champion Gundyr were all very fun. I'd go 3 > 1 > 2, although I haven't played 1 and 2's DLCs.

Had a character that made getting summoned for Midir his career. Appropriately named "the Help."

Good aggro management makes it much easier to co-op, and doing so requires a great bow because, for whatever reason, shooting a giant spear is a really good way to draw attention to yourself.
