Gruntling 02/09/21 8:43:34 PM #6:	No, not technically. My very first job in high school was at Target. I was hired as a seasonal worker for three months to be a cashier and work on the sales floor. I thought I did a decent job, but one day I made a mistake on the register. A customer gave me a $100 bill and I accidentally rang it up as $1,000. Although I gave the customer the correct change, she reported me to my supervisor, who then said I could no longer work as a cashier. I was kind of hurt by it because I enjoyed cashiering quite a bit. Or because she was just a Karen. At the time Target had a quota system cashiers had to meet too. You only had so much time to complete a transaction. If you were quick enough you got a green score. And if you were too slow you got a red score. You had to stay above a certain percentage of greens.
