Where's the green? The name and look came from Robin Hood. The bird inspiration was shoehorned in for later stories.

The European robin is a type of flycatcher, actually.
While the American is a thrush, similar to the wood thrush.

The name just stuck for whatever reason.

The reddish-orange that you see, needs yellow to make that combination so... there. The green is from the grass.

It all fits.
