Most companies won't hire you if you won't work weekends

Say you will work weekends on the interviews. Then after you're hired, tell them you now have to watch your son on weekends and can no longer work those days.

Explain that they'll also need to hire your son. They'll probably jump at the chance since hiring two people will fill more holes in the schedule.
