It actually really sucks. I didn't talk to CEers but I had an IRC of like 25 people I would chat with every day/night. I even ditched my HS friends all the time to spend more time chatting online.

Edit: those people are still around but it's not the same

Lmao nice. This reminded me of a b8 tinychat I used to go to (probably around the same time. I didnt visit ce then). There was a user who had a similar personality to duncan but was really popular. He would chug mountain dew on camera and a bunch of us in that board's drinking crew convinced him to try alcohol (he was resistant when he was underage but was willing to try after turning 21) so one night he was chugging rum on camera. At one point he puked and we all laughed including him. He didn't keep chugging but he kept drinking. It wasn't alcohol poisoning or anything. He just had a gag reflex from too much at once. Happens to the best of us as amateurs
