Hes not running, he just didnt give the court the information hes legally required to given them is a pretty serious claim to make with no evidence whatsoever while citing your job in law enforcement as an appeal to authority. Why do that for someone like Rittenhouse?

To be fair, there actually is an explanation for his behavior that doesn't involve him running and also fits with the facts we know about rittenhouse and the case:

From one false tweet, youre spreading misinformation that he lied about his address, never lived there, and/ or on the run.

the actual facts: he did live there. At some point his family moved since his arrest. Prosecution team sent him a letter at old address, now theyre pissed, and realized they could use it to withdraw his status and count it as a fail so hes brought into custody.

Hes been photographed almost daily, you think hes Bonnie and Clyde? Most likely, his family probably moved from media attention. Could be any reason. Didnt know they had 48 hours, or malicious intent even.

What false information? TC posted facts and made his own inference on what's happening, based on said facts. People can infer something different from the TC.

Also, the quote there is correct. Rittenhouse was arrested and last I checked, was facing 7 different charges including 2 different counts of homicide and one charge of being a minor in possession of a firearm. So what about that is false? It would be false it he said that Rittenhouse was convicted, but he absolutely was charged.
