You have to be PRODUCTIVE and offer WAYS THEY CAN IMPROVE instead of just telling them that they suck and that any further investment in trying to get better is just a waste of the short blip in time that they have on this planet and that to continue to try and produce content in the medium will be seen as a step back for the entire creative culture. --- "It feels like I'm always wrong."
