It's 18 in Sweden iirc, we had it at 16 first but the increased it few years ago.

They have been banned from sale to under 16's here in the UK. I'm not sure whether the legislation has been passed into law yet though, but most retailers have banned the sale to under 16's anyway.
I agree with it, my kids don't drink energy drinks. They're full of sugar and really bad for their health.
