I like the Quantic Dream cinematic games, but besides just being over priced interactive movies they also fail to some degree when it comes to how believeable the writing is and how the characters act in some situations. I get that they need to keep the story moving forward, but still. I doubt they'll make a fourth game for Sony considering how they never really sell a lot. David Cage will probably never see the fruits of his labor truly come to fruition. If they focused on making a fun, high quality video game first and movie second like Hideo Kojima eventually did with Metal Gear Solid then maybe Quantic Dream could actually make a noteworthy game. <cite>Number090684 posted [p:950142721] in The most a... I actually liked that because it really makes you question how you feel about that entire plot. ~~What does that mean for a character like Kara?~~ You go through her story thinking it's about an android stepping up to save a little human girl but with her being an android as well the dynamic of that changes. Her father isn't abusive to his 'real' daughter he's taking out his failures on an android. Kara doesn't have some higher purpose with humanity she's rescuing a fellow android that will always be a child. It's messed up in a way and one of the only times the game actually does something with the concept. Marcus is my least favorite of the three plots and it's incredibly cheesy but I did find the escalation rather fun.
