hmm so you're a Toronto grad? That seems good, but definitely would not recommend going into more debt for grad school. Try for a PhD program if you are good enough, otherwise only go to grad school for something that won't land you in the exact position you're in right now.........

I'm doing Georgia Tech online MS in Analytics. I have multiple CS degrees, otherwise I would do the MSCS. The MSCS is roughly 6k total and you're expected to do it part time. You likely do not have the background to succeed as it is, but you could try working towards improving your profile to get to that point
